Chaired by PDF Association Board member Boris Doubrov, the PDF Validation TWG was created to supervise development of veraPDF, the industry-accepted PDF/A validator.
With the bulk of veraPDF development completed in 2017, at present the PDF Validation TWG reviews problematic files and edge-cases raised by the TWG's members for consideration, providing guidance to developers supporting implementations of PDF/A and authorizes updates to the veraPDF test suite and application software.
As part of supporting development of veraPDF, the TWG developed and published Technical Note 0010, and is currently developing additional technical notes.
Membership: PDF Association members only.
